Roe vs.Wade shouldn’t be used as a contraceptive for getting pregnant. And the murder of innocent babies and when then Doctors kill a baby when it is fully formed and ready to be born and their body parts are sold like so much meat on the market. We are civilized people not killers of un-born babies and new born babies by Obama and the Nazi Demo-rat socialist/ Communist Demo-rat Party and the cowards who are Republican who voted for this abolition and murder by law.

Trump: Abortion laws may soon ‘end up’ being decided by the states

President Donald Trump has some encouraging news for both pro-life and states rights advocates.
The legality of abortion may soon be decided at the state level, the president said on Sunday in an interview on Fox News. “Maybe someday it will be to the states. You never know how that’s going to turn out,” Trump told interviewer Maria Bartiromo. “We’ll see what happens, but it could very well end up with states at some point.”
The president spoke on Fox Sunday about his upcoming Supreme Court nominee announcement, which is expected to come on July 9. With this conversation came the unavoidable topic of Roe v. Wade, a 1973 Supreme Court decision that questioned whether laws restricting access to abortions were constitutional.
As Trump prepares to nominate a new Supreme Court justice to replace Anthony Kennedy — a historically pro-choice justice who announced his retirement on Wednesday — many on the left have expressed concern about the overturn of Roe v. Wade. The president himself admitted on Sunday that that case “is probably the one that people are talking about in terms of having an effect.”
“They’re all saying, ‘Don’t do that. You don’t do that. You shouldn’t do that.’ But I’m putting conservative people on, and I’m very proud of Neil Gorsuch,” Trump said. “He has been outstanding. His opinions are so well-written, so brilliant, and I’m going to try and do something like that.”
Future of Roe v. Wade uncertain
In his quest to find a Gorsuch-level replacement for Kennedy, the president reportedly has a list of 25 conservative nominees to choose from, with five front-runners, including two women. Two judges, D.C. Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Chicago Circuit Court Judge Amy Coney Barrett, are the top choices under consideration, according to CBS.
And while Trump may not be directly asking his potential nominees about their stances on abortion, the president had promised during his campaign to appoint pro-life justices. Then-candidate Trump said at a presidential debate in October 2016 that Roe would be overturned “automatically” if he appointed justices to the Supreme Court.
More than 20 states could move to ban or limit abortion within two years if the landmark case is indeed overturned, and abortion is once again arbitrated by states. In fact, four states — Mississippi, Louisiana, North Dakota, and South Dakota — have “trigger laws” that would make abortion illegal overnight.
Still, abortion is not discussed in the Constitution. The Supreme Court decided Roe V. Wade over four decades ago on the basis of a woman’s right to privacy.
All eyes on pro-abortion Republican senators
Trump is expected to begin interviewing his potential nominees on Monday, but he told Bartiromo that he expects the subsequent confirmation fight to be “vicious.” The left is placing their hopes in two pro-abortion Republicans, Sens. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AL), to block any nominee with plans of overturning Roe.
Collins believes Roe to be “settled” and has said she would not supportan “activist judge” who ignores “precedent.” She maintains that Trump told her privately he would not question his nominee’s position on Roe.
It remains to be seen whether Trump will follow through with his campaign promise to get Roe v. Wade overturned. But Trump finally has an opportunity to destroy the left’s culture of death once and for all.
